I haven't added any post in a while, so I am going to try to catch up on all the action at our house. Lillian is going to be 7 months in 5 days. I can't believe it! At her 6 month check-up she weighed 17lbs 6oz and was 27 in. She is 1 lb heavier and 3/4in. longer than Trinity was at this age. She can roll in both directions now, and scoots herself backwards while on her belly. Lilly loves to stand up and play with toys. She can stand without help from momma if she has something to help support her. She started saying "mama" at the end of April, and she is trying to say "dada". Right now it comes out as "baba". Oh, how she loves her sister! Trinity is her favorite thing to watch. When she is upset from riding in the car, Trinity will lean over and start talking to her and she immediately calms down. We started her on rice cereal the day she turned six months. She wasn't too sure what to do with it at first. She drinks out of a sippy-cup unassisted too.
Trinity is my drama queen. She is going to be quite a handful in the upcoming years. She knows far more than any 3 year old should know. She can pull at your heart-strings like a master puppeteer (sp). She spent this last weekend alone with her daddy. This was the first time since she was born that I have left her with anyone. I know it was with her daddy, but it still was hard. I think Jeremy has started something horrible with this keeping her for the weekend. When I talked to them on the first day I was gone, I found out that he went and bought her a wii. I hate to see what I find at home if I am ever away again!
